No restocking fee. No hassles. Returns can only be made within 30 days of the original purchase and with a valid R/A number.
We will offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased from BBbarfly.com as long as the following requirements are met.
- Any items to be returned MUST be shipped back to BBbarfly.com prepaid, within 30 days of the original purchase with a copy of your original receipt.
- Any item returned MUST be in original condition, and unused.
- We cannot refund shipping costs.
- All returns MUST be pre-authorized by BBbarfly.com. Please E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Put the R/A number on the package so it is clear and legible.
