Custom-Made Products — EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption

All products sold on this store are custom-made to order according to the customer's personal specifications. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that production begins immediately upon order confirmation and that the order cannot be cancelled once production has started.
